Matt has a multi-disciplined background including acquisitions, portfolio management, redevelopment, leasing oversight, debt and equity transactions, dispositions and guest speaking. In addition to being a General Partner at Ambler Yards, Matt is the co-owner of Kingston Urban Development and owner of Larum Real Estate Consulting. Kingston focuses on infill & transit oriented development of all asset types. Larum is an advisory firm that provides services to high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
Matt’s past responsibilities include holding the title of Chief Investment Officer at Post Brothers Apartments and Keystone Property Group and Portfolio Manager at The Rubenstein Company. Spanning his 20-year real estate career, Matt has acquired, redeveloped and disposed of real estate in excess of $1B in South Florida, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Delaware, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia.
Matt earned a bachelors degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. He formerly served as the Vice Chairman of the Investment Management II Forum for NAIOP National Forums and is a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance.
Marc Policarpo is a seasoned real estate professional with 31+ years in the industry. Over his career Mr. Policarpo has negotiated many of the largest and most complex commercial transactions in the tri-state region. He has been a trusted advisor to major corporations for strategic portfolio management and lease administration, andhas been called upon to testify as an expert witness in real estate cases.
Mr. Policarpo is an active principal in several real estate projects including the award-winning redevelopment of Ambler Yards, a 285,000 sq. ft. multi building, mixed use campus in Ambler, PA, as well as a 230,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office redevelopment in Gloucester City, NJ.
Mr. Policarpo’s client list ranges from multi-national conglomerates to individual entrepreneurs and investors. He has marketed properties and closed transactions involving such clients as Comcast Corporation, Sony USA, US Postal Service, Toll Brothers, BASF, Liberty Property Trust, NVR/Ryan Homes, ExxonMobil, Campbell Soup Company, Shell Oil, Sysco Foods, and Brandywine Realty Trust, just to name a few.
Prior to forming Westfield Real Estate in 2018 Mr. Policarpo spent 30 years as a commercial broker with Binswanger and Colliers International. Prior to his real estate career, he was a hotel management and marketing executive with Sheraton Corporation and Holiday Inns.
Campus Property Manager
Maggie comes to Ambler Yards with 15 years of residential property management experience. Maggie previously worked for Forest City Residential, where she started in an administrative role and quickly worked her way up to management. In her experience, she has managed 6 different high rise, luxury apartment and condo buildings in Center City.
Maggie’s focus has always been on tenant relations and operational excellence. She believes that no matter what the job, we all work in the people business and customer service should always be priority. This has proven to Maggie’s success in the industry. She will be working closely with the maintenance team, the management team, and the tenants to continue to make Ambler Yards successful.
Maggie is very excited about her new role as Campus Property Manager here at Ambler Yards and to be a part of this team and community!
Katie’s responsibilities are to assist the Campus Manager in the day-to-day activities on campus. In addition, Katie oversees the 1776 at Ambler Yards coworking space.
Prior to her tenure at Ambler Yards, Katie’s experience includes over eight years as an Administrative Coordinator with a global billion-dollar Pharmaceutical company. Katie is also a licensed residential Realtor, active in the real estate market for the last ten years. In addition, for the past four years, she has been an independent consultant, coach and direct marketer for a world leader in health and nutrition products.
